Shipping is calculated based on weight and location within Canada & US. When you checkout and you enter your shipping location the shipping will be calculated. 

We ship with Canada Post & UPS with tracking information. If you provide a phone number tracking information and updates will be sent via sms otherwise it will be sent to the email provided.

We sure do! Any order over $179.95 before tax will ship anywhere in Canada and US!

Returns are accepted within 14 days if the item is still in the original packaging and unopened. Shipping fees are the responsiblity of the customer so please be sure when ordering as shipping is quite expensive these days! 

If you receive a defective item please contact us immediately and we will try to replace the item or provide you with the manufacturers information.

There is a 10% for cancellations for pre ordered items!

Many items on the website will be pre order. If you place an order for a pre order item along with an in stock item the order will not ship until all items are in stock.  

While waiting for your items to arrive you can add items to your order by using code "addloot" at checkout. If the total of the order exceeds $179.95 you be will be refunded any shipping charges applied to the order.

Pre order dates are estimates and are provided by distributors and manufacturers. It is not uncommon for some products to pass the estimated release date by months and some cases more than a year.

Yes we will hold all items until they arrive! Simply use code "addloot" at checkout and all items in your order will pile up until you are ready to have them ship. If combined orders exceed $179.95 we will refund any shipping charges.
